Barbara Klinger is the author of Melodrama and Meaning: History, Culture, and the Films of Douglas Sirk, as well as numerous film studies articles. She is completing a book on digitalizations effects on movie-watching.
In addition to her lecture, Professor Klinger will take part in a colloquium on Film Studies on Friday, March 22, from 12 PM, in Dauer Hall, Room 215.
