What is the Digital Assembly?
The Digital Assembly arose from broadening the scope of The Games Studies Group which aimed to explore theoretical issues surrounding gaming both by common readings of critical texts and close “readings” of shared gaming experiences. Due to the diverse interests of the student body, we have broadened the scope but maintained our interest in theoretical approaches to under-represented media.

The Digital Assembly would like to welcome you to the University of Florida. We would all be happy to answer any of your questions about our group and would love to work with you in the future. Please feel free to browse our website. We are particularly excited about our upcoming conference which is a collaboration between the English, Art, and Anthropology departments.
