An archive of our backgrounds and interests can help make all of our 
research a bit easier. While there's no penalty for not filling out this
questionnaire, we hope you will find it useful to do so.  If a
category doesn't apply to you, or you wish not to answer it (e.g.,
many people won't want their phone numbers made public), by all means
leave it blank.  The questions about research interests other than
comics are there because, for many scholars, comics study is often
only a side-line to their "main" area of expertise.  Again, please
answer as many questions as you see fit to, and return your completed
