Gainesville has several hotels to choose from. We've compiled a list here. The conference organizers have reserved a block of rooms for the conference at the Reitz Union Hotel on UF's campus. The rates and rooms available are as follows (these are dependent on enough people registering for the group rate or the amount increases slightly):

  • 18 Standard Rooms with 2 double beds at $52 per night
  • 6 Standard Rooms with a queen bed at $52 per night
  • 8 Deluxe Rooms with 2 queen beds at $59 per night
  • 2 Business Suite Rooms with 2 double beds and 2 sofa sleepers at $67
  • 2 Executive Suite Rooms with 2 queen beds and 1 sofa sleeper at $67

To reserve a room, call the Reitz Union Hotel at (352) 392.2151 and give them our event/booking code, which is "Comics."

Please see the travel page for information on traveling to Gainesville, and information about Gainesville itself is available from the online Guide to Gainesville.
